Painting and Coating play a crucial role in providing protection, aesthetics, and functionality to various parts and components. With almost 20 years of experience in the industry Anca Manufacturing have been established as experts in applying different types of wet paint on parts of varying sizes.

Our painting processes comply with ROHS regulations, ensuring environmental safety. We are also compliant with 2k automotive standards, demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
 

In addition to wet paint, we offer various coating options, such as powder coating, including powder, anodize, zinc, and hot-dip galvanizing. We have easy access to international paints and provide different surface finish textures, including crinkles. For additional decorative elements, we offer silk screen printing, UV printing, and tinted film application.

What to expect

 

Our painting facilities include four preparation rooms for incoming parts, four cleaning stations before painting, four paint booths, and four gas-fired ovens for the curing process. Customers have the flexibility to propose any color for their painted parts, and we strive to achieve accurate color matching through sample submissions. The same applies to powder coating and anodizing processes. As part of our Design for Manufacturing (DFM) process, we can recommend standard, low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) local paints of similar quality but potentially different shades based on a master sample. We offer different coating systems ranging from single coat to two-coat systems with a primer, and we are also capable of applying three-coat systems if required.

We have established partnerships with well-known global brands such as 3M, TOA, Klingspor, Axalta, AkzoNobel, and Jotun for paint and powder coat supplies. While we outsource powder coating, we have a dedicated SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) to evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve the surface quality of the powder-coated parts. Our temperature-controlled storage area for wet paint, along with a FIFO (First In, First Out) system, ensures optimal paint performance and shelf life.

To maintain strict quality control, we have implemented a classification system (A-D) for surface finishes, and our inspection processes are rigorous . We conduct tests such as Dry Film Thickness, X-cut, salt spray, and UV testing to ensure the durability and longevity of the painted surfaces. We have a dedicated mixing room and state-of-the-art inspection facilities with appropriate lighting requirements and visual inspection guidelines. We can perform multilayer and multicolor masking, and we specialize in producing black and yellow finishes. As a safety-conscious company, we prioritize HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices and provide our employees with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including carbon filter masks, gloves as well as air filtration systems.
