Anca Manufacturing Solutions specializes in the construction and assembly of electromechanical machines, employing digital work instructions to ensure quality control and repeatability. Our assembly capabilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including cabinet and field wiring, as well as hardware and mechanical assembly.

To meet the specific requirements of our customers, we meticulously adhere to torque ratings for all mechanical assemblies. Our design for manufacturability (DFM) process extends to commercial components, manufactured parts, and the entire assembly procedure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and streamlining the manufacturing process.

What to expect


Our expertise extends to the assembly of machines and equipment of varying sizes, ranging from compact desktop units to larger container-sized systems. Our comprehensive assembly functions encompass various tests, such as software testing for both design and use of test jigs, functional assembly checks, factory acceptance testing, electrical testing (including hi-pot and continuity testing, I/O checks), and checking fixture tests. Additionally, we prioritize ground testing for all electrical components and strictly adhere to electrostatic personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols to eliminate the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD).

In addition to our assembly services, we provide support for packaging design and ensure secure shipments and deliveries to our customers. Enclosure IP ratings of 65 and 66 are guaranteed for all our enclosures, in accordance with specific requirements.

Furthermore, we offer a range of additional services, including bill of materials (BOM) review, prototyping, and sourcing of components through our extensive supply chain network, tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers.


Our company possesses advanced capabilities to accurately measure and control tight tolerances and high-precision dimensions. We employ cutting-edge tools such as 3D Scanners, high-performance height gauges, and other digital measurement instruments. These operations are carried out in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Our 3D scanning range enables us to achieve probing accuracy as fine as 6 microns, while the scanning system itself offers accuracy within 43 microns. This allows for high-speed scanning of intricately detailed parts, ensuring precise measurements.

Our  quality conducts thorough testing procedures to ensure strict quality control. Our testing includes PT (Penetrant Testing) for welding, cross-cut testing for paint, leak testing, and other tests as specified by our customers
